This seems amazing and just the kind of epic that I love, with all the perfect crunchy stuff. Just added it to my TBR. Thank you so much for this video. ❤
I loved Dune the book 1. It examines how dangerous the Chosen One can be. The fact that there are grown ass people who'd follow Paul irl only proves the point. The only redeeming quality of Messiah that it's 300 pages.
I started these in December and they took over my reading life. I finished the books and immediately reread them. These books have made me laugh and these books have made me sob. I an on my third reread since December. I have never been so obsessed with a series. I could drown in the lore of this world, I want to know everything. The Lesser Devil is okay. Howling Dark is crazy good. I am so excited for you to continue reading these! The universe feels SO vast. I am almost embarrassed by the level of fangirl I feel about this. They are weird and wonderful. You are going to love these.
Lol don't be embarrassed, because I'm getting to that level too and have only read EoS 🤣 By the time I finish howling dark, this may become my personality. I love hearing how much you love this series!!
Awesome review ❤ I’m right there with you- one of my favourite reads of 2024! Currently on Howling Dark and the series just keeps getting better and better!
I loooove the series. it showed me what a space opera can be and am so grateful that it expanded the reading world for me. waiting for your take on the lesser devil. Crispin sounds like there's more to him than what we saw in empire of silence from Hadrian's perspective.
I finished lesser devil recently and you’re 💯! Crispin’s such a dynamic character and I loved seeing more of him. Definitely will be talking about it soon on the channel!
I've got about 150 pages of Empire of Silence left and am also loving it! I like that Hadrian is so different from his father and brother and is also a very compassionate character, which seems to go against the way he was raised. I've enjoyed the whole book and really haven't found any of it boring. I suspect the rest of the series is going to take over my summer.
I’m going to finish this today on audio, only because it was free on audible. And even though the next ones are free audios, I would rather read the actual book. I thought it was good and engaging but yes a bit slow, and some boring parts. But I have heard that the next books get so good and weird. Looking forward to the next one!
I just finished this book couple days ago and I loved it. Ripped through it in a week which is unusual for me. Great review and can’t wait to watch more of your videos!
I really love this series. The next book, Howling Dark, is one of my favorite reads of the last couple years. I've read everything except for Disquet Gods and the Tales stories. I kind of want to do a reread of the books before jumping into Disquet Gods, but that's a lot of books. Haha
Thanks so much for this review! Because if your recommendations have gotten to immerse myself in the Empire of the Wolf series and Empire if the Vampire. This is now at the top of my list!!
I just started and ive read about 300 pages in three days which is so much faster than my usual pace! Hadrian is so intriguing! I will say im losing some steam as im heading into the gladiator section, but im really wanting to push through.
I really liked this one too! I want to finish the Empire of the Wolf series before I continue. Trying to decide if I want to re-read the first two books. Right now, I’m in Silverblood Promise.
I just got the hardcover today.
Ok you’ve convinced me! I’ll give this one a read
I’m excited for you to read it! I’d love to hear what you think!

Looks like the first 4 books are on audible for free (if you're a subscriber). Sounds really interesting so I think I'll check it out soon

Ok Tori...I just picked up Empire of Silence from my library today. Excited to meet Hadrian and travel thru his story. 😬.
I’m on book 5. Ashes of Man. Gave Empire of Silence 4/5 stars but every other book 5/5. It’s now my favourite sci fi series. Amazing
I love hearing that it’s your favorite series! I already love it so much and can’t wait to continue 😩

I live in Japan. It's going to take 2 months for the hardcover to arrive. Wtf 😭😭😭😭😭
Hang in there 😭 it’s gonna be so worth it when it finally arrives!
I want to read this series so much but this year is hitting me with mood reading so bad 😅😅😅
That’s so real 🤣🤣 but luckily by the time you get around to it, we’ll be that much closer to the final book!
I have so many books to read.... Despair...
I feel you 😩 that tbr is never ending
