    Don't build it in the US or Canada....They will tax or charge fees that are high.

    That's very smart decision cheap unlimited energy and rare earth minerals are easier to get. But, of course US is pessimistic about it. 😂

    The economics of a lot of things just don't make sense in the context of UAE geography, demography, and labor. But liberal application of oil money can sometimes make it happen anyhow.

      It makes sense. Low tax, good labour laws, and most of UAE water are already distilled.

Just because they high per capita income & high rise buildings simply because of oil, doesn’t mean they have labor laws. You could kill your maid or employee & get away with it if you’re muslim. That’s how great the laws are in those countries.
