I follow the step but not showing the factory option...because phone is automatically restart

Because Samsung has updated its policies in One UI 3.0 update that connecting to Laptop or PC is required

I followed every step in your video as usual I put pc to my device and then pressed volume up and down button with power button together after that I saw switch off,rebot,and sos then my screen turned black immediately I pressed volume up and power button instead off showing those reset manual my device is turns on again and showing lock screen wallpaper
