tried this earlier, didn’t work, then after a few hours of searching in google, saw a post that says (due to the update in one ui) you need to connect your phone to computer via usb cord first then do this while your phone is connected to pc, tried that and it worked

I left my S10e to my step daughter, but after putting an unlock patern and rebooting it, we were unable to access it, the system didn't allow us to connect more than one point in the pattern. With this, we were able to access it and finally use it again. Luckily, we had just made a factory reset the day before, so nothing was really lost! It took me about three tries, thank you!

Thank you. I managed to get it on the 1st attempt, I'd watched other videos also on how to unlock my phone as I forgot the pattern. Other videos never mentioned anything about holding down the Bixby button, it was only until I came across your video and you mentioned to hold down the top volume, Bixby and the power button and then finally it worked for me and I successfully unlocked my phone.

I left my S10e to my step daughter, but after putting an unlock patern and rebooting it, we were unable to access it, the system didn't allow us to connect more than one point in the pattern. With this, we were able to access it and finally use it again. Luckily, we had just made a factory reset the day before, so nothing was really lost!
