this worked...i just pulled off both volume buttons by nails...and it worked...any ways we don,t need these buttons as volume can be controlled by various other ways.... Thanks!!
Hey I tried this and solve my problem first long press the power bottom and turn it switch off then press the volume Down botton and power button together till it shows the logo and dots moving

Phone Update kr k baad ye issue hua.
Service center wale bolte he software update Krna padega.
But now they said its a main board issue.
Which need to be replaced and it'll cost about 9900rs.
