funny how a d-list joke villain from the 1960's has since become wildly recognised as a dangerous calculated mastermind. he's among the few villains in Batman's rogues gallery who's had the biggest evolution in my opinion

Dude's so good at keeping track of time that he could dodge all of Batman's hits one time purely bc he knew how long it takes for Batman to throw a punch, AND HE'S LITERALLY JUST SOME MIDDLE AGED DUDE
