I feel like in the same way people group themselves to a certain denomination instead of just connecting to other Christians in Christ. I have nothing against a different denomination than mine, I still see everyone in Christ as my brother or my sister whether they are Baptist, Lutheran, Pentecostal, etc. Aren't we doing the same thing today? Oh I'm a Baptist! Oh I'm a Pentecostal! Denominations are fine because there are secondary differences but in our core beliefs we are all part of the body of CHRIST if you are abiding in him! For example, I am pentecostal and do not seek to change that, but I love my Baptist brothers and sisters and see them as part of my family in Christ. Just a thought I wanted to share.

People are divided because of different political parties, it's so devastating! Families, friends are being torn apart because of politics. I'm praying for our country's peace and unity.

I get it! Now i need to say directly, that "i/We belong to Jesus Christ!" Instead of stating that my leader and minister symbolizes Jesus to me, in the flesh!" Point taken since alike terms (as an example only) upon saying it over and over, it can start to take up a whole new meaning....whether intentional or not, the message is clear! Ty Jesus!

So when Jesus says “if anyones work is burned up, he will experience loss but he himself will be saved-but only as through fire.” Does this not talk about purgatory or at least the concept of salvation through the burning of the soul? I’m only asking this because that’s what this quote sounds like.
What is true obedience ? Obedience, to be perfect. must be voluntary; it must be pure and cheerful. but most of all it must be internal(from the heart. Also it must be blind and persevering. Molinos Obedience

Sometimes we are led astray, we make mistakes. The fire is like the trials we face, the tests of what we build, and it comsumes what's false, melts gold, burns hay, but the foundation of Jesus Christ remains, and we are saved.
