Mango Egg Pudding/Very easy, simple and quick recipe

- Ingredients
1 mango, chopped or mashed
1 egg
50 ml milk
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cream.
Ingredients for Cream making:
150 ML cream
half mango (chopped)
mix both the ingredients and blend well
Method
Place the chopped or mashed mango, egg, milk, sugar, and cream into a grinder. Blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into small silicone molds.
In a preheated non-stick pot over medium heat, add 2 glasses of water and bring to a boil. Place a steamer stand in the pot.
Arrange the silicone molds on the steamer stand and cover the pot with a lid. Steam for approximately 10 minutes.
Once done, remove the molds from the pot and let them cool at room temperature.
In a grinder, blend half a mango with 150 ml cream until smooth.
Remove the prepared pudding from the molds and place it onto a plate. Pour the mango-cream mixture over the puddings, ensuring they are well coated.
Sprinkle crushed pistachios on top.
Place in the freezer for about 2 hours.
Serve chilled. Enjoy your delicious and tasty mango egg pudding!
