Suggention to keep the peel from sliding - put four or five damp paper towels underneath the peel or a damp cloth. I used this method underneath my cutting board in my kitchen. It’s a great hack.
I have one of these pizza ovens and I absolutely love it the only thing I have a problem is is trying to get my pizza off the peel when I'm launching it into the oven
How long are you leaving the pizza on the peel before sending it into the oven? I’ve heard of you put dough in a peel and leave it on there without moving it a little every minute or so, it’ll be difficult to take off.
