Hello ! my god I resonate so much about living with our own head and thougth, but vulnerable about what other people could think of me or whatever. And it's exhausting ! I took a friend advice recently : write every evening about my day and clean my head it helps not perfect but helps ! (sorry my english by the way french here :) )
I'm all for self-imposed restrictions when it comes to screen time. But if the logic is that using your phone in the morning increases your release of cortisol, why wouldn't you want that? Like isn't that the natural circadian rhythm secretion pattern. Spike in the morning to help you wake up, smaller secretion after every meal and then decline at night? I'm literally so confused about some tips you guys give, and I've tried to look for research articles but can't find any, so if you could send them my way, i'm genuinely super interested
