    I came for ideas on how to decorate the sanctuary for our celebration and came across this. While here I’m was like well I’d love new stage ideas because we’ve been looking for ideas, my bishop and team and it’s funny because over the last week our new stage used these balls with like red colors lol it’s our now newest stage we just didn’t t use as many panels!!! That’s so funny but you gained a new subscriber ❤️❤️❤️

    • @practicalworship

      They are the Chauvet COLORband T3 BT. We like them because you can set them up into three different zones to make some color gradients across the set and they also don't flicker on video (which can be a problem with cheaper LED fixtures). amzn.to/30Tcvm0

    This looks great! I think my production team is going to attempt something like this soon. I do have a quick question, though - are you hitting your panels from the floor and from above with your LED lights? Or just from the floor? I'm a little worried about getting enough light to cover the entire panel, and we'd be left with just some white balls near the top, hah. Awesome job, and great video!

    • @practicalworship
      @practicalworship  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey Matt! It’s all just up-lighting. Each panel has a color bar at the bottom pointing upwards. You can see-especially in the video thumbnail-there’s a hot spot towards the bottom section of each panel. But it does cover the entire panel. If you try this, send a few pics my way. I’d love to see it!

    It does look very interesting, but I would have to ask this: what does this have to do with worship? I have noticed that many churches are leaning too much on visuals and mood setting devices rather than focusing on true worship. That is just my humble and largely unnecessary opinion.

    • @practicalworship
      @practicalworship  4 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      I can understand that. But I think visuals and mood have always been part of the experience. It used to be stained glass windows, ornate wood and painted murals. Now it’s haze and moving lights. If used correctly (from stained glass to modern lighting), it can eliminate distractions and point people to Jesus. Used incorrectly, and it just becomes about the show.

    I'm writing what God told me about something else I used the phrase the modern church I didn't know it was a gay denomination and I know you won't say it is but I'm telling you the truth there's only one truth not yours not mine the word of God anyone and everyone that goes against the principles lay down and re-established by Christ will be separated from his love for eternity on that day and that day is getting real clear and real soon and I hope you don't think this is something new that's the same thing then over and over and over again

  • @innovationhq8230
    @innovationhq8230 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    You see these places and it's so clear to see that the whole council of God is not being preached and scripture is not being exposited. When the pure word of God is preached you have no need of light shows and will-worship rock concerts but for these goat entertainment centers they need all this garbage.

    • @practicalworship
      @practicalworship  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey Steve... it sounds like your time at church left a bad taste in your mouth, (I’m reading between the lines) that maybe it felt more like a show than a genuine relationship with your Creator. I’m sorry that happened. I’d probably fee physically sick too if I was in your shoes...

    • @TheVirtualNHL
      @TheVirtualNHL 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@practicalworship if you were in my shoes, you’d be able to comprehend how badly Christianity completely falls apart under heavy scrutiny and how silly the believers sound with their reasons for why they assume you left.
