BALTI MUTHI KABAB RECIPE INGREDIENTS :
Mince ½ kg
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
Green chili chopped 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves chopped 1 tbsp
Mint chopped 1 tbsp
Nutmeg ¼ tsp
Allspice 1 tsp
Chili powder 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Cardamom powder ¼ tsp
Roasted chana powder 2 tbsp
Egg 1
Bread 1 slice soaked
Oil for frying
Onion rings for serving
METHOD :
In a bowl put mince with all the above ingredients, mix well to a smooth consistency, and leave it for 2 hours. Divide the mixture into two equal balls, shape them into muthi with greased palm, shallow fry until golden brown and crisp on both sides, serve in small balti, garnish with onion rings and coriander leaves
LAZEEZ CHANP MASALA RECIPE INGREDIENTS :
Lamb chops ½ kg
Oil ½ cup
Green chili chopped 4
Chili powder 1 ½ tsp
Ginger julienne 1 tbsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Allspice ½ tsp
Cumin roasted and crushed 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Yogurt ½ cup
Tomatoes chopperised 1 cup
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Almonds ground 2 tbsp
METHOD :
Heat oil in a pan, add in the chops, fry well with ginger garlic paste, all the spices, yogurt, and chopperised tomatoes, and fry well for 10 mins, add ½ cup water, leave it on low flame covered till chops tender, and oil floats on top, garnish with chopped coriander leaves, green chilies, and ginger julienne, serve with nan.
