And for a more recent role, he was Goro Akechi in Persona 5 and the various spinoffs

Also the finishing strike by Yang was performed in a similar way to how RWBY as a team performed together for the very first time, against the Nevermore in the Emerald Forest! Blake's weapon was the slingshot, held at both ends by her and Yang, Weiss held Ruby into place, and Ruby was then slung against the Nevermore holding its neck by her scythe and ran up the edge of the cliff, beheading it. Oh apropos beheading, the Red Prince probably would've loved seeing that lmao.
They changed up Alice in Wonderland, not because of copyright, since it is public domain, but because they’re making it clear that the Fairytales in RWBY are only loosely based on our stories. In RWBY they want the fairytales to have their own identity that separates them from out spruce material. Also they don’t want things overlapping since the character names and team motifs are based on our classic fairytales. Also, Jason Marsden did the voice of Haku. The Cat is Robbie Daymond who often guests on Critical Role, and is the 8th Brother in Rebels.

I'm pretty sure this is in no way confirmed. We haven't even gotten information that volume 10 is greenlit, much less a release window. The original plan was that Monty planned out 10-12 volumes. Things have obviously changed around a bit since his passing, so it's unsure if that is still the planned amount.

That's a little confusing but looking at the scene You have to create an empty line. The amount of pawns in that line is then counted. The duels are just duels. Whoever is stronger wins, there's no more powerful piece than the other. Only the skill of the pieces themselves. Also the game is rigged so that the prince always wins That's why the white pieces are beat up
This reminds me of that time when Yuri and his friends were turned into their favorite duel monsters and Yami had to used them to fight against Bakura. Harry Potter reference too! Harry and his friends vs the knights - Philosphers stone.
