Not sure what's your experience right now, but the best thing could be to get yourself working in Product based startups first. Apply from angel.co or similar other websites and work for startups. Gain experience and have good skills. Once you have good experience and skills, then you can connect to people and ask for referrals or directly approach the recruiters on LinkedIn or mail.
