I think I would have loved If we were villains if I had read it before The secret history.
But since I read it after, I couldn't get past how much it's copied The Secret history.
I feel like they are TO similar, and it slightly bothers me.

Ok so I still think you should read 'Letters to the Lost'. I'm not sure if it's literary fiction or not, but here is description of it i found because I am not good with summarizing or describing things:

Pls read"This Book Kills" it's my favorite book and it's written by Ravena Guron she is not that much famous but she deserves all the hype. It's a murder mysteri in a boarding school where the main charackter writes a short story and the next week students body was found in the woods killed exact same as she wrote it, later she gets a text from unknown number thanking her for inspiration. Hope you read it❤
