Not stupid at all! The “more saturated bay” is called a seal bay. Seal bays have a near black coat / very dark brown with light points around the muzzle, eyes, behind the elbow and in front of the stifle.
Came here to comment this, I actually got the seal bay (along with the gray and the "basic black" cause you gotta have the OG shire) and it is so freaking gorgeous. Once a double starcoin weekend rolls around, I will get them all though..
I really wish SSO would list the coat colors in the update like they used to or -even better- would put the coat color name somewhere in the horse buying window! It would be very useful for people who don't know horse coat names and for people like me who have the game in another language (I have my game in english even tho it's not my native language because I prefer it in english for mostly translation errors reasons) and don't know all coat names in that language. Love your vids
To be helpful. The more saturated bay is a Seal bay. They grey is a smoky grey. The chestnut is a flaxen chestnut. The shaved mane is called a roached mane and the even more shaved mane is called a buzz cut. I love how adorable and goofy the shires are. You deserve everything in the world. Then there's the light grey and the dark grey, yes that chestnut looking one is chestnut, personally I would call is a 'lemon chestnut' because of the yellow undertones, there's the black at fort, and another bright bay in the app!
I bought 3 of them. I bought the chestnut and I named him Goldray and also the dark grey one and I named him Silverbear and last but not least, I got the grey one and I named him Icebreak and he is now level 5.
I bought the light gray one and called her Lily cause since I saw spoilers I fell in love with this coat and I'm planning on buying the one at Fort Pinta cause that one caught my attention as well and I'm gonna call him Duke
i bought two! i bought the bay and called him Henry aka Bigbear, and the black called Mika aka Metalhead. i'm absolutely in love with these horses and I'll probably have them all by the end of the year LOL the next one i want to buy is the grey
I literally can't tell the difference between the bridles that were just released and the ones we already had in game ETA: *oooops they added more recolors, i was expecting a new type of model entirely silly me*
I bought the other dark brown one, with the white spots :) I also bought the older (Gen 2 i think) black shire with black eyes. I did notice that the older shire is a bit bigger than the new one!
I got three - the grey - Twinkle, the chestunt - Jumpy, the white ,,so called grey" - Lavender. I bought 5 thousand Star Coins so I got like half of the bridles 🥹
You don’t have to buy every horse they release. I don’t. In fact, I haven’t really bought a horse in months. I think my SC are piling up a bit from that. Lol. The game is perfectly playable with your starter horse.
Would you prefer them to be made by kid who doesn’t have a clue as to what they’re doing? I’d sooner have a professional digital artist design 3D animated horses but that’s just me

I use to play sso didn’t know how to ride horses andi gave it up and now I am learning real horse riding and it feels better to play now

SSO still does the double star coins just not quite as often. The last one I believe was mid July.
