Wanted to also point out, the reason why the limited edition Lipizzaner's are much cheaper, is because it's the last time they will be available. After the event they cannot be purchased ever again. Though the Lipizzaner's that are not limited edition and will stay in game, are still the normal price.
I was also one of the lucky players picked to test the new horse buying system, its actually pretty lit!

Imagine my happiness when I saw the new Dressage tack sets, and my disappointment when I realized only a few, and I mean, a FEW breeds can actually wear it. U_U' I just wanted to cry.

yes! There was this black saddle there with this beautiful pattern on it and I was upset that only a few breeds could wear it :(

The new horse buying system is gonna be pretty cool. I was randomly picked to test it as well! However, so far we cannot try on tack on the horse or "test ride" it. You can see the animations and hairstyles but that's about it.
