Can we stop comparing our defensive units to LOB? They are not the same and we need to allow the new team to form their own identity. It’s always LOB 2.0 every year, it’s getting old
Agreed. There was only one LOB. I'm a huge fan of each of those guys and there won't be another like them. Which doesn't mean a GREAT D can't happen again in Seattle. In fact, I'm LOOKING forward to that happening. :) Let's GO!
This was a lot of fun to watch. I appreciate how you guys from two different fan bases can have fun, good spirited discussion w/so much laughter and giggling. Thanks for the fun and perspective!
SP is a tool. No matter what happens to the Broncos, the HC has zero integrity and is pathological. Total Hawks fan and best wishes for BN. May he be protected from his coach’s dirt.
So stoked for the season, thanks for great memories 51! It was electric watching you dissect plays before they happened and Shaun Alexander dance down the field when I was younger. Super glad we get to meet you outside of your play.
Don’t feel like the Broncos got better on defense and these are the guys that got 70 pts put up on them by Miami. They are both NFL teams so anything could happen but cmon
The way they praise bo without a snap is wild. Glazing unlike no other and it was Russ fault lmao. Payton sucks and broncos are getting stomped on Sunday nix will get hit in on the mouth
My best friend is a Broncos fan. We root for Broncos Seahawks super bowl every year for 30+ years. We got one. I love this Bronco fan prediction. I love Lofa. I'm going 21-17 Broncos cover, under.
I'm sorry but the first game of the year can't be a trap game. A trap game is one that you look over to focus on the next one. Even if they somehow lose it won't be a trap game. MacDonald is coaching his first ever game. No way are they looking over their opponent week 1.
I can see the week one matchup being a test of the trenches. Both teams were TERRIBLE at stopping the run last season, and went out to shore up the interior of their defensive lines. I think Seattle has them beat in that regard, thanks to Dre'mont Jones and Byron Murphy covering the A-B gaps, and I'm hoping that the addition of Tyrel Dodson will really force Javonte Williams to the outside where he'll have to dodge Love, Witherspoon and Brown. As for Seattle's offense, I'm excited to see what sort of run schemes Ryan Grubb dreams up with the trio backs Walker/Charbonnet (questionable to play)/McIntosh. That's so much versatility to work with! And I'm hoping for my fantasy league's sake that JSN gets involved more as the Z threat in the slot. He may not have the flat run speed of DK, or be as precise with his routes as Lockett is, but he's agile and able to create separation from his defender more easily than the other 2. Denver's secondary will definitely be tested, especially if there's a 1-on-1 matchup between DK and Pat Surtain on a vertical route. I think Bo Nix will show some flashes in this game too - watching the Huskies/Ducks Pac 12 Championship game from last season, you can see how well he performs under pressure in front of a loud, raucous stadium. But he's going to need all the help he can get, with MacDonald throwing all sorts of blitz packages at him to move him off the mark and force him outside the hatch marks. It'll be up to his targets to find soft spots over the middle of the field, which is where Seattle struggled in their secondary last season. Whether that unit has improved in the offseason will be seen in this game. I have Seattle winning this at home 23-20.
Had no idea when we went from one all time great Seahawks LB to another all time great! love ya Lofa!
Lofa was fun to watch didnt know he was funny great guy to have a beer with.Seattle will dominate.
Love having Lofa Tatupu in the show!!
Broncos fan forgot to mention, broncos receivers dropped the most passes.
You’re on crack bro. It was the chiefs, then the browns, then the cowboys

Going out on a limb. Hawks 32-10.

What a great guest , well spoken and thoughtful
This bronco guy and all broncos fans are delusional, Bo nix doesn’t scare anybody and their roster is pretty limited
Their roaster😂 Oh man, we better not lose. Someone's gonna steal that and it'll never go away😭🤣

He can’t win in Seattle either. 0-3 as a duck. Lmao
Speaking of the Pro Bowl... Bring back the Skills Competitions.. make it worth something either monetary or something. Those were so fun to watch!

I am back for my favorite Seahawk. 51

If Bo nix puts up 31 points on us idk if I can watch the Seahawks for the rest of the year
tbh, this felt more like a broncos podcast than a seahawks podcast. wasn't feeling it.
I'm a huge Ducks fan as well and didn't want Nix as well but he won me over.. he can piece up a defense
27-10 Seahawks get 2 turnovers

GO HAWKS!!!
Why you get a fake Broncos fan who can’t even bear to ware Broncos hat?
The Broncos finishing with 10 wins and a top 10 offense is basically just as ridiculous as saying they will go 16-1. May as go all the way
I said mine at the same time I saw Lofa's. 27-17 Seahawks
Love my Seahawks!
GO 12 Seahawks
No doubt that Denver’s offense would’ve been better the last couple years if Javonte Williams hadn’t been injured. Russ might still be there.
Wtf where is KJ?!
What was Mahomes signature win? And Lamars? Josh Allen? Such a lazy take knocking Nix for not having a "signature win"
seahawks 28-broncos 9 (field goals only)
27-10 hawks.
