  • In this video we explore the area around the Carradale Bay campsite. We take the amazing walk to the end of Carradale Point, cycle to the stunning Trorisdale Bay, check out the near by harbour and find a magical woodland walk.

Hi Des. The location was wonderful so we did try and see as much as we could. The scenery was spectacular everywhere we visited, as we found during all of our tour! All the very best 👍😀

Stunning area and lovely video. You two get much more use of your bikes than I have done so far but I intend the change that. ATB, Sue.

Hi Sue. Thank you for watching, it was one of our favourites to explore. The bikes have been a really good investment, we can get further than walking and to some more inaccessible places than in the van. Great to hear you are going to take your bike out - look forward to seeing the videos! ATB Garry & Caroline 👍😀

Hi there. Yes we probably should have got over to Arran as we have seen a few videos over there and it does look rather special. Next time! All the best 👍😀

Hi Guys, nice video. It kept going blurred though when you was cycling. It could be that the film is in HD rather than 4K. We had this issue and decided to go with the DJI Pocket Mini and the DJI Mini 2 drone. Also, we use Purple Planet for the background music. An alternative camera is the Go Pro. Looking forward to the next video.

Hi there. Thanks for watching. The video looked better in the edit - so not sure if it is TH-cam? It was filmed on an old GoPro7 - so may well be time for a change! Were thinking about the DJI Pocket Mini - is it good for the cycling type shots? Also have been thinking about the drone - is the one that does not need a licence - and does it work ok as well. Glad you enjoyed the video despite the blurry bits! Thank you for your support.👍😀

@@campervanhygge ah yes, it does take around 30 minutes for TH-cam to process HD once your video has uploaded. That will be the reason why. 4k can take a full day too. The DJI may be too clumsy for cycling shots as its a vlogging camera, but the quality is 4k. You could hold it whilst pedalling for short clips. The card which comes with it is 125GB which is massive, but occasionally you do have to reformat the card using the device.

Forgot to mention the Drone. So all drones need an operating licence, but if it is under 250g then you do not need the flyers licence. Its on the Govt Website via the CAA. You need to put your £9 pa cost operating licence number on the drone, so that it can be tracked back to the owner.
