Unfortunately, you can't edit Forminator's popup visuals with elementor. You can try out their different templates or create yours from scratch but it doesn't really do much.

It depends on the settings on your email marketing software e.g MailChimp. For example, on MailChimp, you can choose to get notifications when anyone subscribes or you can choose to get a daily report of your subscriptions.
Also, you can find submissions with this plugin too in the submission section for a particular form of your choice that you created.

Yes.
Under the "emails" tab, select the user data you want to store. Scroll down and enable auto downloadable file after submission. Select the file you want them to download after filling their data then save the pop up form.

how do you add this to the button from blocks editor?
I haven't tried this personally, but you should be able to add an ID to a button block using the "HTML Anchor" field in the "Advanced" section of the block editor. This should work for assigning a custom CSS ID to your button.

It doesn't work properly on mobile phones. Whatever we change in the settings, it still doesn't work correctly. Also, if you resize the window for display on a PC, certain bugs occur as well.
You might want to contact the plugin developers if you encounter difficulties while using the plugin.
How to configure the email that will receive the messages/emails from the site?
That depends on your admin email. And for some plugins like contact form plugins, you can send emails to a different email address like support email address.
How to do it in wordpress editor
You mean the Gutenberg editor? Follow the same steps I used for Elementor.
