Theres so many things going on here.... First off. If thats not an impersonator this is a big concern...... The fact that they are chasing no lights and siren means they are learning. The lights and siren make people skiddish and the cop ends up just trapping themselves behind people not sure what to do to get out of their way. Second. That ford interceptor sedan does like 130ish 135 maybe. Youre doing 150 and they still manage to catch up when you dip on an exit out of sight, Which tells me they got someone watching you. If anything, they'll take out their frustration on the average citizen they pull over. The chill ones only keep up for a short time before calling it quits realizing there's no point. The fun ones are the ones who cut up ahead of you and following at a distance, realize you're actually keeping up, and let you play along without messing with you

In my home state of Massachusetts you are supposed to do a quick flash of the high beams to signal get out of the left lane to the car in-front. And the leading car is supposed to move out of the way. At night when I cruise I typically do that to get people out of the left lane, and on two different occasions an undercover refuses to move over, and then when I pass them on the right they put on their lights for a few seconds and turn them off.
