I also load up my bike and explore new bike trails to ride but you guys take it to a whole new level. Riding the same rail trails here in the midwest is underwhelming at best. Not a fan of "crushed stone" trails, the ones i rode on were not very well kept. Every weekend i put my bike on the rack i say to myself "Im Road Tripping" today!
The adventure of getting out and finding new trails was the best part of preparing for Ragbrai. I heard there are a couple in the Midwest. Any good? Ha and alright “roadtripping!” It’s all about the adventure.
I’m not sure how recumbent trikes feel in general on gravel because I have never ridden one. However there were definitely sections more so in the beginning that were rougher. With the trike is it the handling or just ride quality that is an issue on rougher gravel?
Did you go to church at the church of Jesus Christ? That's what makes idaho... Idaho. It's what draws people to the west. The strong faith in god and family is instilled in the community to protect what is god given, the land. So to love the land is to love God. And to love God is to respect God. Respecting God means finding peace through living his ideals.
I rode through that area on my cross country trip. Beautiful
Agree! Completely beautiful. Love that area.
Looks so beautiful! What time of year is this?
That was a very scenic ride and a favorite of ours. This was in June. We hit great weather. Little hot mid day but overall very nice.
@@TylerandKari thank you
@@jmdrstvyou’re welcome
Idaho has some beautiful bike trails. We need to do this one again and complete it next time!
30 miles out and 30 back? Thats a good ride on crushed stone. Not much elevation since its a rail trail. More bike adventures from Idaho!
Definitely. Just need to prepare more and pack more food and water. Plus not lose my shirt.
Yeah, definitely a long one. Not bad at all for elevation, but a fairly rough ride and that darn wind. Idaho had so much to offer.

Be prepared for black legs from the old track bedding. We used the hose at the park in Tetonia to wash off!
That’s a good idea. Quite dusty and dirty by the end of the ride.
Sorry not a trail I’m interested in to dusty ore like a road. Nice video.
It was a little rough too. But we appreciate the comment. Thanks for watching.
So this trail is not for recumbent trikes..? too rough?

This area is always windy.
good to know that it wasn't just a bad day then. Made for a good challenge.
if ya know ya know!😂
Idk 🤷♂️

You know, we didn’t attend church there. But we know that part of the country is well known for that. And we now know lots of great people who do.
@@TylerandKari well, now you have to. Where are you guys from and I'll find a church in your state?
@@grantfawson9675much appreciated but we have some friends we can reach out to.
