perhaps if i hadnt seen the das werk kit i may have been tempted, though the reality is once built you wont see a lot of the detail on that engine
I don’t know why Trumpeter didn’t just make a complete kit to begin with
Nice kit, I've just seen Atak do a complete floor in resin for these kits too. With these sets It will look great.
Trumpeter kit is better suited for rc, they do their 1/16 with this in mind, especially the tanks
I had the Trumpeter 251 but sold it, no comparison to the Das Werk kit. The Trumpeter kit does need some help.

Oh wow now that pontos are releasing a upgrade set for trumpeter I’m just going to get the trumpeter kit,I’m not going to wait for the Das werk kit as we down under here wait ages for new releases

Well, 77 USD for this one should make me happy staying with the parts given in my Das Werk kit. Anyway, thank you for this video!

I would be interested if i did armor, i heard on the grape vine ( midwest models)that you are going to build the 1:700 USS Enterprise 😁
