    I love this workout ! It flies by. The music keeps me totally focused too. This was my 2nd time doing it and it's quickly become a fave.

    Can you lose weight if you only do strength training? Do you need to do Cardio and add strength traning?

      Hi! I'm definitely not a fitness professional but if you are looking to lose weight you should be focusing on nutrition & cutting back on calories through a healthy caloric deficit (it really helps!), a caloric deficit looks at burning more calories than you eat through regular activity & does not have to include exercise. Cardio or strength training is therefore not necessary but a good way to build a healthy lifestyle! If you would like to do both I would suggest alternating between them. Strength Training is a good way of building muscle but does not burn many calories, so if you are looking to tone strength training is the best option. If you are looking to burn calories cardio is the right way to go.
