    God, I'm watching these masterclasses like twice a week, and it always puts me in my right vocal condition. It's such a helpful thing for people who learn how to sing classically.

    Idomeneo is gaining popularity, especially from the Met, and for good reason!! What a stunning opera and Aria to choose from.

    didonato..a 3rdrate singer with great PR...SHAME stop this awfull mask and nasal singing listen to the greats real mezzos andf no fake undeveloped sopranos....

      Have you been watching This Is Opera! by any chance?
      Sounds like the kind of thing he would say. I think you make a valid point, but I like that she makes no pretence of being a voice technique teacher but gives tips on interpretation, which is an important dimension too in my opinion. The singer is probably working on her technique with someone else and this is tackling a different aspect :)

    please stop to destroy voicesssssss.this soprano has beautifull material and she doesnt know how to use it and develop further her voice.no mask singin...awfull sounds by didonato..all throaty...thats why opera is dead.only small miced voices with nasal sound
