Heavyweight battle with some bruisers in the crowd. Great collection Dood! Thanks for this video because I had been leaning Arius, but now I’m seriously needing a Rosie at some point…as well as a Cortex XL!
I think if the Rosie didn't have the swedge on the spine, I'd like the look much more, or if the swedge went the full length of the blade. Just got a Ferrum Forge Archbishop yesterday. Love it.
I did a flipper delete and added the finger choil to my full-size Arius. (With help from Jason!) Definitely like it better now. I also like the more contoured scales on the Arius. Rosie will always be a better slicer, but not a heavy use blade. Love them both, but if I had to choose, I would take the Rosie. Rosie XL was just too big IMHO.
I got a Rosie, full size arius and a hot haptic that I rotate through and I think overall, it’s between the Rosie and the haptic for edc. The arius goes to work with me when I know I’ve got harder cutting to do. The Rosie is my slicing monster and the haptic is just a damn great overall edc carry.
Although I love both of them personally, I feel like they are too small and prefer the full-size Arias and the XL Roosevelt, and I personally lean more to the Roosevelt side but the non flipper Arias is really good.
Great. Video. It’s really hard to Cause I have 3 Rosie’s and a Nf mini Arius and a flipper mini Arius and a Nf full size Arius and a full size flipper Arius But. Rosie is really good in pocket and fits really good in hand.
The arias is way too much knife for such little blade.. 🤷🏽♂️ the Rosie does such a good job with design and having a great choke up spot while not shortening the usable blade length.
In this size range, the Rosie definitely wins. Now if we’re putting the fun size arius against the Rosie xl, Koenig gets the win imo. Switching between a Rosie, a full size Arius and Holt Haptic every day gives the best of every world. Holt takes the action, Koenig takes the build quality feel just by a hair and the Rosie take the carry and slicing departments. It’s impossible to put one the other as a whole though for me.

There's one winner in this context, but everyone who owns either of these is a winner
I like the Rosie Way more!!

Damn what a showdown!!! Thanks for the video man!!
Arius looks sooooo much better without the flipper
Looks even better if it comes from the factory without the flipper.

Oh hell yeah nice!
The lines of the Roosevelt speak to me more but I do like them both

Oh yeah I agree. The xl Rosie was a horrible idea haha
@@doodysdaggers I guess if somebody has like 2xl or bigger hands, it’s not bad. But my xl hands feel too small which is off putting
Very thankful I carry in my left pocket today lol.
Mini arius vs small sebenza next? Rosie dominated this one😂
Oh that’s a good one!
Have u seen the Arno Bernard Imamba Dood?
Yes I want one
@@doodysdaggers same
