A couple of points. First regarding your if function, Excel best practice is NOT to hard code 8 hours, but to reference the cell containing the regular working hours (cell b3 in this instance). Why? If you decide to change the regular hours in b3 from 8 hours to 9, 10, 12 hours etc, your regular wage formula will not work correctly. The correct formula should be =if(k4
On the days you work through your breaks, you leave Lunch in and Lunch out empty. Then your hours worked will be the full 8 hours for those days. There is no need to change the formulas.

How do I calculate my hours worked time in and time out with breaks, however sometimes I work through my breaks. What is the formula for that?

How do we get the formula to subtract 30 minutes for lunch if over 6 hours are worked?
=if((j4-g4)>=6,j4-g4,0) for the lunch section of the formula.
if the hours worked are less that 8 it shouldn't put a negative number. How can that be fixed?
it shouldn't put a negative number in overtime.
