As I mentioned,,I ordered 10th Dec, and after “Several Requests by Email” You answered “That should be shipping out this week!” - 17th Dec. but today 28th Dec, still your shipment info show “Still On Its Way” - DELIVERY STATUS - Label Created. From my order date 10th Dec, wow after 18 days…. In conclusion,,,nothing updates …Are we living in the era of the Civil War? And, you answered also by email, “We are a family run business and are working our hardest to get everything caught up and running the most efficient we can!” In response to your concluding and irresponsible answer, how can you explain this result? At this point, if I tell you to cancel my order, will you cancel it in a year? In light of the experience of placing various orders in countries around the world, this is the worst transaction record. Because of you, I lost about a month of my opportunity cost. Although it is an answer without responsibility without results, I will wait for an excuse.

Unfortunately I as the youtube guy don't have access to that sort of information but I can get with them today and make sure they get back to you. Usually we respond to all open emails within a couple days, just excluding weekends. I do know that recently we have had an issue with Fed Ex just being really overwhelmed and let us know for a few weeks there they're tracking wasn't updating, which could be the case here either way I'll take a look now and you'll receive another email from us shortly.
