lift 2 Castlecourt, back in service and talking again

Update on this elevator.
It is now working and running smoothly with only a few bumps.
The call button was not responsive on level 5, but the good news is the voice is back, although still hard to understand.
Joseph spoke to a TKE engineer who hinted that there could be a change of plan and that elevator 2 could be next for replacement.
Elevator 3 is almost finished, and testing and handover will happen within the next few weeks.

Lift 4 is now boarded up, lift 2 is still there, John (UKL&EF) told me

The call issue on 5 is normal, the button is jammed so it is hard to push in.
