    Thank you Anna, it's a great tip! I've already seen some native americans doing that mistake of writing "it's" instead of "its" when writing emails. Happy Easter! :-)

    THIS drives me nuts... and it's a mistake that's so prolific on the internet.
    Super clear with the numerous examples.
    Btw, it's worth noting that "it's" can also be a contraction of "it has"
    Example: It has been done. --> It's been done. :)

    "I've" for "I have" does sound a little strange when not used as an auxiliary, , but it's perfectly correct, or at least, people do say it. "Hey come here! I've something for you!" This would be very informal, but it's very common.
