    Nguyên Liệu:
    1 gói 450g mì trứng
    10g mấm mèo ( ngâm nở rửa sạch)
    Cà rốt
    Cần tây
    Su hào
    Ớt chuông (màu đỏ, vàng , xanh)
    Mấm bào ngư
    Đậu hủ chiên
    Nước sốt:
    2 muỗng canh nước
    2 muỗng canh nước tương
    2 muỗng canh dầu hào chay
    1 muỗng canh đường
    1 muỗng canh dầu mè
    2 muỗng canh dầu bơ rô ( hoặc dầu )
    Tiêu
    Ngò
    Ingredients:
    1 bag egg noodle
    10g wood ear mushroom ( soak and clean)
    Carrot
    Celery
    Kohirabi
    Bell peppers ( red,yellow or green)
    King oyster mushroom
    Fried tofu
    For the sauce:
    2 tablespoons water
    2 tablespoons vegetarian soy sauce
    2 tablespoons vegetarian oyster sauce
    1 tablespoons sugar
    1 tablespoons sesame oil
    2 tablespoons leek oil ( or vegetable oil)
    Black pepper
    Cilantro
