1. Recite surah Al iklas, Al Falaq and An Nas (x3)
2. Recite Quran over water and drink
3.Recite Quran over zamzam water and drink it
4. Eat 7 Ajwa dates every morning
5.Perform salah on time
6. Recite Ayatul Kursi before bed

3:33 my mother does that too. She would recite Surah Nas on the water, put it in a spray bottle and literally spray every corner of the house, even on the corners of the ceiling. It really does help..
