With the soul, people can feel/experience and understand the nature and ownself clearly. For example, 蔣勳老師 was satisfied when he was in a desert alone; and Monk Hui-nank/惠能 realized the big difference between chanting bhudasum's scriptures and DOING/applying the truth by actions. These mean what does a person need actually? Answer is DIRECT and effective; like a kid only wants what he/she wants, nomore any things else.
