Great podcast ladies ❣️
Great video thanks ladies. I've a tricky relationship with food I can be on track for days and then have a binge and feel such guilt and panic about it then I get back on track. I feel paranoid about gaining the weight I've lost it feels harder to maintain than it did losing it. I don't know what to eat anymore!! This discussion has helped me feel less alone 👍
