The game from the beginning was thought to be made only by Alexios. That's why Alexios looks better as the protagonist and Kassandra as Deimos, in the end Alexios is the canon that was changed by stupid decisions by Ubisoft

Because Kassandra is the oldest playable character in the AC franchise she could make appearances in any of the games. This was fun to play through, and I'm hoping they do it again in the next game.

At the end of the Korfu quests in Odyssey the spear loses its power and therefor Kassandra loses much of her enhanced powers. Only the Staff of Hermes is extending her life but she can't do Overpower abilities or any of the other abilities she learns over time.

This Kassandra looks very calm or something like she is not the same "Misthios" of her younger days. I bet she's not really actively fighting since all the cult of cosmos are dead, She's more like an adventurer now than a full time Mercenary.
One thing I noticed that her Greek accent wasn't as pronounced. Like she lost it over time, which makes sense. Although I though her voice sounded like she had a bit of a British accent.

She was already incredibly strong in the first game, and with her ISU blood being a higher concentration than every other main character in the franchise, she should have no problem fighting against Connor in a battle of strength. She's also been alive for about 2200 years old, so shes been fighting for more time than Connor has been alive, meaning her combat experience definitely beats Connor's. Also, it's not impossible she's met a native of Connor's tribe with the same fighting style or perhaps a different person in history that had the same fighting style. But, at the end of the day, it's just an opinion.
These are real-time rendered, a lot of other games pre-render their cutscenes so when you watch them it’s just video playback. Ubisoft doesn’t really do that in their games, especially in assassins creed, most of the cutscenes are just gameplay with custom camera angles without control and hud, hence their cutscenes gets buggy.

Greece wasn’t necessarily in tatters at the time. The Byzantines were Greek Speaking Christians, and though she dresses in a VERY outdated manner, it’s not like Eivor ever travelled to Greece or Byzantium, so they wouldn’t if anything was out of place.That said, Greece wasn’t ruins, just run by the Byzantines even as invading forces just started to gain ground around the time Valhalla takes place.

I wish we could have gotten an option to have Alexios in place of Kassandra. I played as him in my playthrough of Odyssey. But Kassandra is the canon character, so I can see why Ubi would go for her, plus that may have taken a lot more work.
Wish we could've chosen who appeared, or Ubisoft cloud would read the Odyssey save and decide based on our last save. Would've loved to see these scenes as Alexios as well, even if it's not canon. At this point 'canon' is just another excuse for laziness or they shouldn't have given us the choice who to play in Odyssey.

Ezio sort of had cameo, in one of Odin's memories, there is a voice saying "Who are you" well that is Ezio when he found the vault under Vatican. As for Altair, well if they expand on the legendary assassins from the sanctuary then he might show up, since he knew one of them and worked with him during his time in Mongolia.
My personal opinion, but male Eivor is canon. It just makes more sense story wise. Absolutely nothing wrong with female Eivor. Played her plenty of times, and the fact she's female is what throws off Basim for so long works great, but male Eivor is it for me. I hate too how their teaser for Valhalla was male, then they switch to female. Felt like a cheap shot.

For those of you who don't know, the reason way many players don't like female characters is because developers don't know how to write them without making them she-hulk Mary Sues. Female characters don't have to be a she-hulk to be a fighter or capable. Look at Evie and Aya as better examples. To summarize: developers make unrealistic generic female characters with 2 dimensional personality and only represent girl power rather than a unique story and a great character who just happens to be female.
As an Alexios stan, kinda wish they gave the option to pick who the cannon character is. I know it’s not realistic in terms of voice actors and animation, but feels weird getting attached to Alexios and seeing Kassandra everywhere else

I wish we could have gotten an option to have Alexios in place of Kassandra. I played as him in my playthrough of Odyssey. But Kassandra is the canon character, so I can see why Ubi would go for her, plus that may have taken a lot more work.

Wish we could've chosen who appeared, or Ubisoft cloud would read the Odyssey save and decide based on our last save. Would've loved to see these scenes as Alexios as well, even if it's not canon. At this point 'canon' is just another excuse for laziness or they shouldn't have given us the choice who to play in Odyssey.

Ezio sort of had cameo, in one of Odin's memories, there is a voice saying "Who are you" well that is Ezio when he found the vault under Vatican. As for Altair, well if they expand on the legendary assassins from the sanctuary then he might show up, since he knew one of them and worked with him during his time in Mongolia.

My personal opinion, but male Eivor is canon. It just makes more sense story wise. Absolutely nothing wrong with female Eivor. Played her plenty of times, and the fact she's female is what throws off Basim for so long works great, but male Eivor is it for me. I hate too how their teaser for Valhalla was male, then they switch to female. Felt like a cheap shot.
Female eivor is canon.

You know me and other reallly didn’t like the whole plot of odyssey, but Ubisoft really clutched up and made kassandra one of the best characters, really glad that odyssey got some well deserved love, I mean it got plenty but I mean ‘isu/assassin history’ love 😂🔥

Yes the word Assassin didn't exist at this time, and it won't untill like 11th century, Hidden ones is their original name given to them by Bayek and Amunet. In the movie it was actually mentioned how the brotherhood got that name.

For those of you who don't know, the reason way many players don't like female characters is because developers don't know how to write them without making them she-hulk Mary Sues.
Female characters don't have to be a she-hulk to be a fighter or capable. Look at Evie and Aya as better examples.
To summarize: developers make unrealistic generic female characters with 2 dimensional personality and only represent girl power rather than a unique story and a great character who just happens to be female.
They do it for good rep and it’s fucking stupid.

As an Alexios stan, kinda wish they gave the option to pick who the cannon character is. I know it’s not realistic in terms of voice actors and animation, but feels weird getting attached to Alexios and seeing Kassandra everywhere else

This was weird to watch. I'm playing through Odyssey now, and I kept feeling like the player was meant to be controlling Kassandra, but of course they were controlling Eivor.

They get early access for they can promo the content if they stop giving streamers or youtubers early access there sales will go down and they lose money on launch
