The words of CJI should be reflected in the action of Court room. As the word morality is used in the Constitution, it should be construed as Constitutional Morality which supercedes fundamental rights of a person. Fundamental rights are subject to change, review and revise, but morality we cannot. Rights without morality is not right.

Mr CJI, I agree with you when you say that judges should treat lawyers with respect when in court. I would have been very glad if you had expanded your scope and also said that lawyers and police also should be treated with respect.
