@@adobomoto Thank you sir, but I'm surprise to hear you say it's louder then the R1. I never hear the 2015 and later R1 in person but everyone say it's loud.
It’s definitely louder. From the inital first start i knew. Just really deeper note, and it hurt my ears. I could feel it all over man..crazy how loud it is

I just put an Arrow Pro Race Titanium on my RSV4. It’s the most beautiful sound I’ve ever heard.
NCC2087 i love arrow. I still have a brand new full ti arrow in a box that was supposed to go on my r1m. Now it just collects dust

Nice job. I have Termi's on my 1299s and pulled the silencers out as soon as they were installed. Now I have to start my bike half down the driveway, or it tripps the alarms on the vehicles in my garage. Ducatis are meant to roll loud.

She’s meant to be open like that 😍 I bet the throttle feels a little better for sure, not in your head. Also, hell of a score to have bought the bike with the system already on it... hard to justify the price but worth it once you have it.
This bike came with a lot of extras 😂..but yeah, it’s a lot of coin just for an exhaust! It’s awesome though, fell in love all over agaib

Yup i did the same n it was embarrassingly loud. So i cut my baffle in half and put it back in. Now it sounds perfect
I like the throttle response now. I would put it back, but the throttle feel is way better
@@adobomoto yeah trust i get it. I have the full akra system with the titanium megaphone pipes with a 3inch opening with the baffles out. But it was way way loud. So i took a saw and cut the titanium baffles down to about an inch long. Bike is still super loud but it is tolerable. And yeah throttle response is better. My favorite thing to do is blow by Harley riders because they don't expect me or the exhaust sound and definitely wakes em up. I can usually see them give me tge finger in my mirrors 😆

Stainless also does not stick to a magnet so the screw may be stainless.
True! It likely was! Didn’t feel light enough to be titanium
Have a Scorpion can on my Street Triple 675 and I kinda thought it was a little Loud for me at first cause im getting older...lol, but last time I pulled it out ( do killer that is) I could definitely 100 percent feel a power gain even though it might only be 2-5 horses but it's definitely something actually feels like 5. Sounds so good and really just thinking about throwing it in the recycle binster. Oh ya your bike sounds sick!
I’ve always just tossed the db killers with any exhaust that i put on. Just so happens that i bought the bike as you see it, minus the wrap. Everyone kept hounding me to take it off lol. Wasn’t til someone said it would piss off the neighbors that i actually thought i’d give it a go. HOLY CANNOLI! 😂
My volume is only on 3 bars and I’ve gone def 👍🏻😊

@@adobomoto Yeah full Akro systems are loud as hell! I have one on my R3 with a Dynojet controller and it's so amazing, you seriously need to hear my R3 lol Yeah just leave it, I have had people tell me they knew I was there cause they could hear me haha
Got them removed during install. My city now has noise cameras… wondering how I can get them back in with screws that aren’t magnetic. Any ideas ?

@@adobomoto nice... I wanted a v4s but I have young children and cannot justify it. Also in the UK the weather isnt so good also insurance is about $870.. which is crazy for riding 6 months of the year.. I figured next best was a 1299s so looking to buy this winter when prices drop.. Are you planning to wrap the v4? Would look lovely in a matt cherry colour..

@@adobomoto I have been shopping around for a mint 1299s but beginning to think I wont find a nice one with a full Ducati service history. With you having owned both which would you choose for the street to love with 2018 R1m or 2016 ducati 1299s?? Appreciate your feedback
Mike Smith both great bikes. I’d go 1299s again. The r1m wasn’t right for me. A bit taller than the 1299 and power delivery on the r1m was all at once vs the 1299 that felt more linear. I’d have to give the cool factor to the 1299s as well. Single sided swingarm, forged magnesium wheels vs cast magnesium wheels. The twin cylinder torque is insane. But both have great torque. I personally think the 1299s also wins in the looks department. But that’s subjective.
A Duc Twin has gotta be loud and annoying !! I love my 1299, about to install Akro slip ons and DP killers coming out RIGHT NOW !! (ear plugs brahh... ear plugs)
No baffles in my 1299 S since new !

Thanks for posting this. I just purchased a full Akra. Have you had any issues tracking this bike? My track (UMC) has dB limits, but they're not religiously enforced... I just don't want to take them out & have to re-install them because I'm going to have the bike Dyno tuned after installation. Cheers.
I’ve had no issues. The track day org i love to attend is an awesome group of people.

G Z they came with the bike. I love em! Really beefy and not as aggressive as vortex. I love woodcraft protection and the quality in these are top. They look like they’ll crash well!

Mike Smith it’s a full system, so it’s from the headers all the way to the exhaust tips.

Took mine out before even installing the exhaust on the bike. It’s not big of a deal.

You’re overly exaggerating! It isn’t loud in the way you described it. The 1199 & 1299 never sound annoying loud with either full akra or termi
