AD-2 is great. Carries almost a B-17 bomb load, then turns into a P-47 for anti-CAS.

You should try the A-1H version (yes the one with the toilet), one of the few BP vehicles i don't regret grinding for. Bomb load is nuts on that one.
Its the best BP vehicle of all time IMO.

hey hunter what do you press in order to free look and maneuver while flying
WASD to control the plane, ALT + Mouse to free look.
Usually you hold C, in my case I have WASD bound for movement, so I hold C with my index finger and use my free fingers for movement

Not exactly, I just like it because it is the older one and I spaded it since maybe 9 years.
@@Hunter_i86 AM-1 has a bigger bombload (3X2000lb + 12 250lb/HVAR if I'm not mistaken) and 4 20mm cannons at the same br as AD-2, you may want to give it a shot one day. It would be great to see you make 'er sing ;)
I have been playing mostly high tier for a while but decided to play the m551 76 with the a2d since they are both 7.0 and i had only really played the normal sherriden. Its a great combo for enjoyment and grinding. Stabilized gun and good mobility at 7.0 makes it very easy to get into the plane print some sl

@@Hunter_i86 Crumbling IS exaggerated, but hear me out:
-No fire and forget missiles
-Vikhr has been heavily nerfed
-Vikhr struggles to pen NATO tanks from most angles now
-AAA will lol kill you in most situations because you must guide the missiles during the entire flight.
-KA-52 module nerf: While good shouldn't have come until all top tier helicopters are ready to receive it, making AH-1Z, Tigers and Mi-28nm obvious alternatives right now.
@@EdouardLAURENT I love Russia, I'm not a NATO biased guy or something, I like and enjoy both U.S and Russian equipment in War Thunder.
NATO has fire and forget missiles, like PARS, Spike and Maverick, they suffer from bad killability, so many hits and critical hits when using them, the only one good missile they have is "Maverick G" and it is Mach 0.9 speed which makes it one of the easiest missiles to shoot down by a 2s6, not even Pantsir S1, it is not Mach 2.2 KH-38MT nor Mach 1.8 Kh-29T\TD\TE.
If Russians have Fire & Forget missiles on their choppers in real life we would've seen them in the game.
The current META anyway is not about choppers anymore, it is more about the advanced multirole jets.
I will definitely try the new 9km ATGM Russia got on their Night Hunter, it will not be good to use against SPAA because not very fast but it will be good against NATO tanks because of the high penetration value.
@@Hunter_i86 I agree with all your points and I like both NATO and Russian hardware at top tier as well.
However I think being able to spawn something like a Pantsir or FlaRakRad for 90~100 SP is the real issue we have.
As for Helicopter gameplay I think it's normal that helos with huge amounts of f&f missiles cannot destroy large amounts of MBTs in seconds, although I agree they should deal slightly more damage.
Russia however has an interesting missile carried by Mi-28NM, which has LOAL function, 14km range and that is the LMUR tactical missile. Mi-28NM could be limited to two of these at first.
Try the British Mustang Mk 1a :) it's on BR 3.7 (for gold). Regards!
