As somebody whos been a snake enthusiast since elementary school, i can honestly say that the only rare snake on this list is the blue coral snake. I can see how this would be an interesting video for somebody with little knowledge on snakes though. But if you liked the rainbow boa, look up the sunbeam snake. Its all black and has the most beautiful iridescence of any snake on the planet.

Half the footage used for the Thread Snake is actually of Caecilians, a kind of burrowing amphibian. Notice the difference between the pictures at 4:50 and 5:06, and the video at 5:01 and 5:08. The pictures are dry looking and have scales and eyes, while in the videos, the animal is covered in slime, has no scales, and the eyes are barely visible dots covered in skin. Thread snake eyes are also small, but nowhere near as small as those of caecilians. Moreover, the snakes the picture at 5:06 looks to be a completely different kind of snake, probably a hatchling. An actual thread snake would have a blunt tail similar in shape to it's head, unlike the tapering thin tail shown.

I'm pretty sure a Black Mamba will cause a whole lot more than minor itching and swelling as the narrator said in this video. The last I heard is that Black Mamba's are deadly.

A lot of these aren't rare. They're just interesting. I think you should have called this series "The MOST INTERESTING Snakes in the World." BTW, Eastern hognose snakes (listed as "least concern" and therefore, not rare) feed exclusively on amphibians, especially toads. Western hognoses have a more varied diet...although I have a shy male who sometimes refuses a meal.
