I bought their 12-in and 32-in T-Squares, and I really am pleased with the tools. The 12 inch had a little QC problem: th3 4 17/32-in and 4 1/2-in markings on one side are missing about 1/32-in of paint. I sent the first one back, but the second had the same problem, but I didn't care and just kept it: I'm not perfect either. I also got the KM-17 Pro Router plane, and I have to say it is fantastic as well. I think it is funny that so many shy away from Chinese made tools, but they don't have a problem buying Milwaukee stuff: overpriced tools made for the American worker by an American company....in China. lol
In description you said opening is 10'x7'. Door size on your drawing 9'-5"x 7'-1" . What do I miss? The door will not fit on height and will have 2" gaps between doors and between door and jamb.
Good looking tools and demonstration of them

10x7 is the premade garage door size, you would need to resize the drawing to fit your needs.
