13:49 lol so yesterday I tried to go for a run before class which was 30c UGH when I arrived at my route I realized I forgot my watch…. Decided to run after class. By then it was 8:30ish pm realized I forgot got my watch AGAIN. Went back and when I arrived at my route again it was 9pm and finished my run at 10pm I was pissed and so exhausted lol those were my speed repeats for the week hahah
I mix cottage cheese, plain Greek yogurt, tbsp peanut butter and tsp Nutella together and put it in the fridge for 10 minutes……. It’s so good for a little dessert 🫶🏻

I’ve found that the running world and the amount of information is a little overwhelming 😅 and I was curious how much you focused on things like cadence when starting your running journey?
aw tysm lovely! 💖 that makes me SO happy!! personally at the very beginning i just focused on going slow! however, increasing your cadence can definitely have a positive impact on your running ! i would also highly recommend going to get your running analysed because this will tell you what you need to work on!!
LMNT - element 🤩 I really wanna try these, they are expensive in the uk because they are American I think. Need to hute the bullet and order some! The high 5 aqua gels are really nice they are just like a juice not a funny texture at all just a very sweet quick few mouthfuls of juice! I have the berry one. I’m on a physio induced running ban for 6-12 weeks with plantar fasciitis 😭😭 so I’ll live through the online running content!!

I looooove toast with cottage cheese, sliced cherry tomatoes, salt, pepper, and a little olive oil on top. It's my go-to snack! But let's be so fr..... I usually eat it straight out the tub ❤🤙
I'm starting marathon training in 2 weeks! I like the huma and the honey stinger gels, best textures I've found by far. Maurten made me almost throw up on a run but I hate jello consistency and those are basically jello IMO 😅😂

The module on the heart rate monitor can get wet! So just clean the whole thing under running water with a little detergent! About every seven runs.

you can always make your own electrolyte drink and you make them taste as you like. I use lemon juice, salt, honey, and some fruit juice
