Dear teacher how was your day. 95 degrees here too hot to breathe. You say about the water not being good. Is that all the water in Hawaii? In other words can you safely drink the water from your kitchen faucet? The scenery is always so beautiful. But the water thing has me stumped 🤔🤔🤔
Aloha, Linda! The water in the streams & rivers isn't safe to drink without filtering it first. But, it may be safe to drink closer to the tops of the mountains but normally people that can hike that far up are prepared. Our drinking water isn't affected, as far as pipe water. But, on these hot days in summer, the cold mountain water is where locals like to swim. I haven't heard of any cases in a long time, but you just never know. The weather has been cool for me because I am on a bluff & if there is wind & misty cool showers, we are lucky to have some cool trade winds. But, it is hot & humid. There was a brush fire on Sunday on the west side at the King Kaumuali'i statue site. It has been hazy & muggy just recently. Please, stay cool & I hope you get the part you need for the A/C for the new furnace🙏🐾💕🐾🙏
@@wedbeebuzznhawaii8623 honey it's not just a simple part it's the thing that goes at the bottom of the furnace and the outside thing too. Like the whole AC unit. Just lucky my furnace is the kind that's set up for it to be added. Now I understand more about the water there thank you 🙏❤️🙏 you stay safe
