Idk if using stones is a good idea, becasue i don't know if they won't spark, lead or glass balls might be better

Важно молоть полу составами, или раздельно, а молоть сразу ЧП не самая лучшая идея

Nice little mill but maybe dont use rocks as your grinding material because they could spark when grinding.Use ceramic or hardened lead instead.

      marbles work great too...
I couldn't make aluminium powder with it because the balls are not heavy enough and the diameter of it is only good for black powder, aluminium powder needs at least 30 cm diameter with steel balls.

Brass is a good option as well. Does not spark, weights a lot and no product contamination.

Please make a video on flash powder and how to make aluminum powder as well as please

Put the smallest pieces of aluminum foil and charcoal in a ball mill with steel balls, nuts etc. you'll have to mill it for like a week or something and open it every day so it want light up after a week of milling, the aluminum to charcoal ratio should be 95 aluminum to 5 charcoal, charcoal is to prevent oxidizing, flash powder is from what i remember 50 parts potassium nitrate, 40 parts aluminum and 10 sulfur, NEVER BALL MILL OR USE A MORTAR ON FLASH POWDER.

I subbed because i like when someone makes simple, yet very useful things. I hate when they say somethings homemade, then use 3D printer/lathe to make it.
Have you tried this with Al powder? Use ball from ball bearings, different sizes should be better, put small balls made out of Al foil and it should be great

Thanks! i hate those channels too, often the things they make don't even work properly with all those fancy stuff. i tried aluminium but it needs a bigger container (&bigger motor) so the balls fall with more energy, its not powerful enough.

You can use this machine to make the ingredients for thermite.

Hey, what kind of motor is this? Cause i have some very small motors, but idk if it's powerful enough....

the motor i used is an old casset player motor, for this u need a 12 volt dc motor, small toy motors are weak. test ur motor by trying to stop the shaft with fingers if its strong u will know.

    Don't use stones !!!

yeah some of them are flint stones actually, they could spark. its better to mill each compound seperately, i think i did charcoal and sulfur together, the oxidiser seperately in another run.
