Armstrong was as Chief of Police as Elihu Harris was as to mayoralship of Oakland. The theft of catalytic converter has not gone down.
Looks like he was just covering for his friends.
If their was any improvement in Oakland during his reign we residents and taxpayers didn't see it. Same homeless on the streets. More theft. More converters being stolen and regular citizens need to protect themselves cause the cops don't show up in time.... he's done a very poor job

Officer cheng should be fired. All these police are employees. They suppose to be working for the people. Not entitled to the job.
