I just signed up for the half 2024 … never ran one before but you all make it look fun and sorta easy so figured push myself….doing the 10k Springtime and can’t wait (first Disney run!!) have a great race

I’m excited to start training for the half! Are you going to be posting training / progress for that weekend also?

Spotted myself running ahead of you all in the red at 14:36! Can't believe I missed you guys lol. I think I was literally in Katie's Instagram story at mile 7 🤣 EDITED TO ADD: Yup, there I am at the mile 7 marker in your video LOL.
Isn't it funny when that happens? There are so many people out that you never realize who you are standing next to. Hopefully we all get to meet in person at one of these race weekends!

Thank you so much! We hope that you had a great time at Princess. We typically do :30/:30 intervals. We have found that we are most consistent with them and its an easy interval to navigate throughout disney races.

This is what I wanted to know. It gives me hope that I can do a half or full marathon.
