mate when working on power with battery's always disconnect the negative terminal first so if your spanner hits the frame there no circuit when doing up the positive terminal ...ive melted a few spanners lol
Running the compressor off of one battery will drain it over time as the 24v alternator only charges them as a single unit not individually, your better off getting a 24v to 12v converter with enough Amp to run the compressor. I tried it with my unimog running a uhf and a fully sick subwoofer on the one battery
JH I'm sure you mentioned some cracks and bad welds in a Finch chaser bin in the last few videos, I can't find it. Any chance you recall or am I just dreaming!!
Run a 50 amp resettable circuit breaker from the batteries to a fused bus bar mounted in the dash near fuse panel then attach all accessories to that instead of running all wires from the battery, lots of good relay wiring vids on TH-cam, they are just a magnetic switch 👍
That belt is breaking more often because you are running seed destructors on the back you need to give them a really good look over for cracks etc every year you nearly have to do the belt every pre season anyway
Does having the open bins work for you when there is rain around? I'd imagine you would prefer something with a tarp but does the grain getting wet ever give you problems?
had cryonic back pain from 15 eventually fixed via two microdisckeptompys ops once i meet the right surgeon still have to be careful how i lift (im a old fucker now ) but we good you got a few miles to do ask about a cat or a mri and get checked yes its hard in the bush to get the right health care lucky we have PATS
Hi mate, see you have a bad back , I have had one for years and have spent thousands of $ on chiropractors. I now use an “ Inversion table “ and have saved heaps . If you use them as a maintenance tool you shouldn’t have any problems going forwards . You can put it in your gym and it is there all the time to use, you don’t have to set it up all the time. Do yourself a big favour and buy a really good quality one as you can set them up so they are balanced to your height . And no I don’t have anything to do with selling them 😅
In America in addition to giving billions in subsidies and paying 60% of their crop insurance for farmers. They don’t have to pay overtime, workmen comp, disability, unemployment. Honestly there are to many to list. I am always curious about wages in other countries a farm workers with plant to harvest experience make and if they get overtime pay?
Wouldn't it be 10× easier 2 get 2 or 3 grain kings field bins 120 tone or 100 plus 3 shit tractors would be lot easier on u and don't have 2 shift as much when moving paddocks. Plus your truckie would love u and be alot easier and faster on him?

Are you going to switch Fleetwood to electric start?
He did mention in a video recently that he does plan to at some point.
The relay part confused me! haha.

Imagine cutting that field with a scyth in the 1800's ??? That's how it was done.
The fields weren't that big and Cascade wasn't developed as farmland until the 60's as far as I'm aware.

JP. I don't think i'd recommend a career in doing "how to" auto electrical tutorials.
Just saying. 🙋♂️
I most definitely agree!!!!! 😂😂
Do you ever get used to the flies? They would drive me crazy if I lived there. 🪰
