2024 OVKA 100cc Masters Race 1 Final

Started in 5th and was able to give the inside line a huge push out front into turn 1. The rest of the race was full of battles with about six karts all racing for 2nd place. When trying to make a move under the 11 kart in turn four his rear bumper hit the inside for my front tire and knocked the valve stem out. My tire immediately went flat and I had no control going through the kink. the kart felt fine until the next left hander where it wouldn't turn and I knew I had to park it.

Bad luck that the valve stem broke but just one of those 1 in a million racing incidents. On the bright side, we get to do it all again next week!
