I remember when this channel was getting 500 views. I started researching PLTR after some of their case studies started getting published and I ended up here. It was mind blowing to me. Working in manufacturing and slaving for 1 or 2% improvement per year it just didn't even make sense reading about 30% improvements in manufacturing speed or other pretty impressive improvements. People just don't understand how gargantuan of a leap in improvement that represents. It would normally take companies DECADES of baby step improvements . This group's been my support system, either I was going to cry with them or celebrate with them 🤣, and I'm happy Tom's channel's reached new heights and equally happy we were all right about it. Go Blue!
Same boat. I work in industry where I see multiple applications for PLTR. Also I write the software so I know how bad the homebrew systems are. Long time shareholder-DCA, ~15 cost basis.
This here, why its essential to conduct thorough research, consider the long-term outlook of the companies, and diversify your investments to manage risk effectively.
It's crucial for individuals to diversify their portfolios, seek professional financial advice, and stay informed about market trends to navigate these challenges effectively.
I would avoid the index funds, mutual funds, or specific stocks for the time being. The 5% fixed incomes are the safest bet for now. Save your cash for when the market actually shows sign of recovery
Tax planning is crucial for optimizing investment returns. If not planned well, taxes can eat into your gains and significantly affect your portfolio growth.
Absolutely, proper tax planning can help minimize tax liabilities and maximize after-tax returns. It's essential to consider factors like capital gains taxes, dividend taxes, and tax-efficient investment strategies.
Started in 2021. Used the dairing method. Started at av $15/share.. bought tons more when it was dropping to $7... I'm up 287%. Your examples are spot on!!
I'm an idiot. I was watching this at $25, $30 , $35 and here we are??? I said to myself " wait for the dip after the dip " and it kept running. Sucks but yeah that's what I do 🙄
Good job not streaming the earnings, I see so many people watching and complaining even though I bet they don't own the stock. Just keep doing what you are doing. Great job 🎉🎉
Last year I was a data engineer doing ETL pipeline (pipeline that transforms data). I personnally decided to invest in PLTR because of the demo I saw how they build a data pipeline leveraging LLM inside of the pipeline step that seem so easy. But more importantly, when the demo showed that he imported a data source and wanted to match some fields with the target destination of the data, the PLTR LLM figured out on its own how to map each field, which at the time I was really impressed because as a data engineer you have to do this boilerplate shit alot.
Well I understood and feel thankful for your input! The hard manual work that can be done by an AI Product like AIP is just outstanding… you can invest your qualities in other workflows and be more productive I guess with that solution 🙌
I don't think it's too expensive at all, I think the value of the company is just starting to be realized.... the entire AI industry is going to run through nvidia and palantir.
Yeah, my wife and kids are a little tired of my blathering on about Palantir after all these years. But, ask me if I care while sitting on a nearly 4X...
Im up biggly on this stock. My approach has been to DCA. However my position is sized so that if PLTR reaches its potential I'm going to be very comfortable but if it collapses i can live with the loss.
I'm also very positiv that Israel IDF is using Palantir for their secert service stuff. Or is at least supported by USA with their Palantir software. Doing those precision airstrikes and having so much inside knowledge just screams Palantir to me. Also Alex is a very pro Israel.
Thanks Tom. Just a quick question. I’m new to putting money into stocks. I hear a lot about the possibility of the market crashing in next few years and then jump in and buy a lot. On the dip to take advantage, this sounds good ….This makes me wonder. If I had $50,000 for example, would it be smarter to put it all in now , or put in half and use the other half to buy on the dip? What do you think?
Hi Tom, I am a massive fan of your channel, thank you. I like your analysis and thesis. I am a PLTR shareholder too. I understand Arista Network (ANET) stock is also part of your portfolio and wonder if you could let us know your perspective on this stock for a long term as well?
Hey Tom when talking about Apples price moves since 2005, you forgot to mention and figure in the multiple stock splits over the years!! It has way more than 10X’d actually gone up thousands of percent!!
Thanks Tom for reminding pltr holders dont get discourage by the haters! All businesses in the western in hemisphere will eventually use pltr just like Microsoft. People needs to understand what pltr does before investing in them. Pltr will become the next Microsoft. Pltr is like Nvdia of software just keep buying and hold the for ever.!
Do you think at $41 is a good buy? I was hoping for it to drop to $38 to buy more, but seems like it's not going under $41. I want to hold for at least 10 years. I am asking because PE ratio is high
Tom, love your content and analogy. But cautious, average and daring don’t have the same dollar value in the stock. What about buying $200 every week vs $100 when it’s above 52wk high then double down, or even triple down, when it’s below the high? I feel like the analogy needs the same raw $$ in
It's almost never to late to invest in a good company with reasonable time horizons, chasing quick cash is almost always a setup for failure. Stop the panic, ignore the FUD and DCA DCA DCA! Palantir is my first ever stock I started purchasing, I might be a noob at this, but seeing 29% up proves embarking on this wonderful investing journey was the right thing to do 😍
I keep seeing articles about taking profits on Palantir because it is way over extended. I am holding regardless. I have almost have 100 shares. Going to keep dollar cost averaging.
This close to earnings is it worth to take the risk? I already hold some PLTR at around 25 avg, and would rather not buy at this price this close to earnings.
Either PLTR is an existential necessity for the military, governments, institutions and large corporations in the Free World or it isn't . I bet that it is ..... If so, the sky is the limit .
Tom I agree with you stratagy but do wonder when you are talking about ignoring the noise and daily BS...then why do you run what looks like daily stocks charts on your monitors in the background. Just curious. Love your channel!
Got it don’t tell your viewers you are up twice as much because you have twice as many shares from the other names on your list. If only everyone could read between the lines. So technically everyone wins but if you want to be up more then you have to buy more and the stock has to go up.

I bought my three month old granddaughter Palantir stock and continue to buy it. I think she’ll like that one day!
Buying for my 2 yr old grandson so he can retire when he finishes college if he wants. Never selling just keep DCA. Avg cost is $23 since March.

Selling Palantir now is like selling Tesla in 2019. Prove me wrong.
