Unexpected - The more of these videos I see of the cool kei cars currently in Japan, the madder I get at our crony big federal government that accepts graft from auto manufacturer and dealer lobbyists to prevent us from buying these great vehicles, under the BS excuse of safety and pollution. Safety and air quality would both improve if more Americans drove kei cars rather than big SUVs. It's actually making me mad.
It was clearly put in place to save the domestic market. Otherwise American brands will fold if we allowed all of these awesome cars to come in. The hypocrisy lies within some states when they start to ban Kei cars from road use altogether. Whats the point of 25 year rule then? Cars older than 25 are supposed to be exempt from all those regulations anyways.
@@evolutionj - Government is metastatic - always growing, until it kills us. I'm very concerned that government regulators will resolve the inconsistency between safety/emissions regulations and 25+ year old cars being less safe with higher emissions, by eliminating the 25 year exemption. Give them an inch and they think they're rulers.
i like how there's a classic porsche next to it. and yeah, it's pretty neat.
Yeah I saw them Australia and the other one was a Honda 👍👍🙂👌
Love it. So boxy and Quirky...and NEW
When will be launched in India?
Only real downside is that as a hybrid it'll be that much more difficult to maintain, particularly with everything having to be shipped in.
why does it have normal plates?
Yellow tags aren’t really a “NEED” anymore alot of kei cars I’m realizing have yellow or white
