Молодец конечно!!! Но трактор был в очень хорошем состоянии. На нём думаю и до этих работ можно было ездить. Он просто его разобрал, помыл, покрасил и собрал. Даже запчасти не поменяли. Некоторые подшипники даже и не сняли. Парень мастер, спора нет!!

The brush strokes from the rusty/mud concoction is just priceless! Its "rusted" everywhere except for the hard to reach places haha.
The fresh oil seepage on the PTO seal and (i think) shiny three point linkage pins indicate that this tractor was probably used the previous day and very likely driven to the location that they "found" it. Doesn't appear to have been anything much wrong with it, the fact that they totally disassembled out without ever actually determining if anything needed fixing is another tell.
i was looking for something out of place, but the dead giveaway was the very clean, almost pristine condition that the gear box was in, also without any grease in it either.

I've never seen anything like this !! I'm almost 72 yrs old and I just can't understand how he is moving so fast and precise. How did he do all of that in less than an hour and a half? It takes me longer than that to change my oil in my car. Just imagine what he can accomplish in a 8 hr workday. Absolutely amazing !!

Very good job. It does make me cringe to see a ball or roller bearing installed by hitting it directly with a steel hammer. Very nice dark green engine colour. Good to see that all parts function as they should. Thanks for sharing this.
This beast still maintains its elegence and tough parts without any scratch. Kudos to the both experts who restored with care.

Yes, those brake shoe linings were asbestos. I used to do that very same thing. That’s how I know. Good job. Great video. I would have liked to see him put a new rear main seal in that engine, though.

In 1986 I got to tour the Shibaura factory in Matsumoto Japan and they were making there own branded tractors on one assembly line and right next to it was a Ford assembly line. It was a very impressive factory.

I seen that to he used old part's I seen bearings that you can see the copper that's not good the bearings was WOR out. I would have put all new bearings on the rods an crank and new rings all new gaskets an seal's. I would have did a valve job I don't no if he did it off cam But other then that he did a great job cleaning it all an putting it all back together you did a good job painting it but you should have on a painting mask . by the way the tire's on the back are on backwards
Decent resto ( strip clean and reassemble) I appreciate you guys work to the best of what's available but please put the drive tyres in the correct rotation

Очень приятно знать то, что есть люди умные и руки рабочие и более того - мысль инженера и организатора.
Рассчитать весь процесс ремонта
- сложно. Разтбрать . Отремонтировать.Установить в полной последовательности все детали - талант.
Основываясь на своем опыте цикл всего производства основывал иным способом - как учили на производстве при передаче опыта.
Много учили и рядом с городом где родился и вырос -Керчь.
Сел несколько было при Советском Союзе рядом с городом.
Помогали колхозным трактоиистам мальчишками и учились.
Все было под запись. Описание всех узлов - первое.
Второе- весь цикл разборки.
Третье - снятие всех деталей описание и выкладывание последоаательно чтобы не забыть.
Здесь не увидел установаи прокладок, покраски грунтом и многое иное.
И еще - здесь должно работать не менее двух человек - желательно четыре
Один человек имеет свойство ошибаться. Тот кто ведет сьемку
- ответственен за это видео.

Посмотри внимательней на этих шарлатанов. Они же грязь веником на трактор нанесли и колеса грязью вымазали. От длительного стояния такой грязи не будет. Будет просто ржавчина. Зарабатывают деньги на рекламе, а подписчиков считают идиотами.

Like this video. Much knowledge. I have a 2200 and have no option for parts or labor. Needs transmission fill plug and PTO seal very badly. Brakes out of adjustment and headlights won’t work. This video showed me some tips.
